Prompt Selling Policy
Effective Date: 27 May 2025

1. Seller Eligibility

Only original prompt-creators may list Prompts. Submitting third-party or copyrighted material without permission is forbidden.

2. Listing Standards

Clear title & description.
Specify compatible AI model(s).
Tag as Commercial Use if Buyers can monetize outputs.
No offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.

3. Commercial-Use vs. Personal-Use

Commercial Use: Buyers may monetize AI outputs.
No Resale: Buyers cannot resell or redistribute the Prompt (text/code/template).
Personal Use: Outputs limited to non-commercial projects.

4. Pricing & Revenue Share

Seller sets the list price (USD 2–9 recommended).
Prompt Bazaar retains 18 % of the Net Paid Amount (after coupons/discounts).
Seller receives 82 %—this applies to full-price, discounted, or coupon sales.

5. Payout Schedule

Minimum balance: USD 25.
Payouts are processed every two weeks via PayPal, ACH (US), or crypto wallets.

6. Quality Assurance

Prompt Bazaar reserves the right to test, edit, or reject any Prompt that fails quality or compliance checks.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers grant Prompt Bazaar the right to market and display listings. Buyers receive commercial-use rights for outputs but no Prompt resale rights.

Prohibited Activities

Sellers are not allowed to engage in any activities that manipulate or artificially inflate sales or reviews. Spamming, harassment, or any form of dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Pornographic content or any forms of tracking prompts that could be deemed harmful or illegal are prohibited.

8. Misuse & Penalties

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller's account for violations of this policy or any other applicable terms and conditions.

Violations (e.g., plagiarism, low-quality spam, Pornographic content) may result in:

Removal of listings
Forfeiture of earnings
Account suspension or termination
In cases of account termination, any pending payouts may be withheld pending an investigation.

9. DMCA & Copyright Claims

We follow a standard DMCA procedure. Report alleged infringement to [email protected]

10. Policy Updates

We may modify this Policy; changes are effective 14 days after posting.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
